She knew pain. She had been wounded in battle. She had been beaten in the cells below South Figaro until she could barely move and her body was a mass of pain.
None of that compared to the pain when Locke stared at her with eyes that condemned her for turning them over to Gestahl. So she'd done the only thing she could to prove her innocence and Warped Kefka away from them.
She wasn't fast enough to outrun Kefka. Chained to the wall as the Fire and Poison spells battered her, she simply waited for the pain to end.
