Summary: Ramza learns a new job.
It is after the second time he fights as a Chemist that Ramza understands how to weave magicks. It is a simple thing, barely more effective than the Potions he was using, but he sees how to shape thought into magick power. Cure is warm, like a blanket left before the fire, and tastes of sweetened spice rather than astringent herbs. He lays it against Elyn's wound and watches it close, healed into nothingness in a blink.
He sees, too, how he could shape fire, lightning, and ice, but he prefers to heal.
