Summary: Seifer's greeting upon returning to Garden isn't quite what he expected, but it isn't not what he expected, either.

He hadn't planned on returning to Garden. He hadn't done much planning at all since he'd struggled out of a clinging vortex of greedy light that fought to keep him trapped between Now and Then, where She could continue to flay his mind with pain and pleasure mixed, so that he would alternately beg her to stop and to continue.
He hadn't planned on it, and yet here he was, staring at the gate with a feeling that absolutely was not trepidation.
"What are you doing here?" Zell demanded, and Seifer turned to face him.
"Visiting you, what else?" When Zell's jaw dropped, he smirked, and bent to swipe the T-board out from under Zell's feet. "T-boards are not allowed in Garden, chicken-wuss."
He considered it a victory that Zell kissed him in addition to punching him.
