The silence in Lunatic Pandora was oppressive, crushing him. The combination of drawn-out anticipation and the knowledge that this was his last chance was familiar; he had felt it at every SeeD test. Thoughts of SeeD and his time in Garden only added to the depression that dragged at him. Living his dream, being the Sorceress's Knight, wasn't what he had imagined. Sometimes he wondered how things would have turned out if he'd stayed at Balamb. But now wasn't the time to think about what he'd left behind. Even if it seemed like that was the best he'd ever have.
